January – Winter ground conditions reports will continue to be published twice weekly (usually on a Tuesday & Friday) until about Easter.

Sat. 28 March – The Snowdon Mountain Railway will resume running trains to and from Rocky Valley or Clogwyn, which are about ¾ of the way up the Llanberis Path, and a mile from the summit. Initially only a diesel service will run.

Sat. 28 March (probably)Parking at Pen y Pass will revert to pre-booking for the season, a system which will now be in its sixth year. Once live on the website, bookings can be made for any date during the season.

Sat. 28 March – The Sherpa bus service will switch to the high season summer timetable, and buses all round the mountain will be more frequent, especially from the Park & Ride (at Nant Peris) to Pen y Pass and Llanberis.

Mon. 4 May – The Snowdon Mountain Railway will resume running steam trains (Monday to Friday only) in addition to diesel.

Mon. 4 May (probably)Hafod Eryri, the summit building, will open daily for the season (weather permitting). It will then be open until the end of October.

Sat. 18 July (pm) – The Snowdon International Race / Ras Yr Wyddfa (up and down the Llanberis Path). The area near the summit can also get very congested, so this date is best avoided, if you can.

Sun. 25 October (probably) – Trains will stop running to the summit, and Hafod Eryri, the summit building, will close for the winter. Trains may still run to Rocky Valley or Clogwyn for another week.

Sun. 1 November (probably) – The last day of trains on the Snowdon Mountain Railway.

Mon. 2 November (probably) – The Sherpa bus service will revert to the less frequent winter timetable. Buses from the Park & Ride will only be hourly, and two-hourly on Sundays.

Mon. 2 November (probably)Parking at Pen y Pass will revert to Pay & Display for the winter. There will be no pre-booking until the following Easter.
